Make the message area editable on relay manual workflows
In manual workflows, it should be possible for the workflow starter to customize the message field.

In the manual start workflow for a general task, I would like to be able to change the message that is being sent with every task that is started.
You can choose to assign the task to a different person each time, but you cannot choose to add a different message to explain the task.
It is a lot of hassle to edit the relay workflow every time you want to assign a new General Task in Relay with a manual start.
