In some instances, automations get set up and users that set them up leave, which means if they start failing, the remaining users do not know what folder it is going to if they cannot locate the automation. In others, a box upload email accidentally gets added to CC. Adding the requested information would help customers hunt down the folders in question to ensure nothing improper was uploaded or to help locate the automation.
