Option to turn off or remove the Sign Up or Log In screen when clicked on shared links
I would like the option to turn off or remove the Sign Up or Log In screen when my client clicked on my shared links. This pop-up window confuses them and leading them to think they must Sign Up or Log in in order for them to view and download my shared documents.
If my client like your product structure, I am sure they will sign up for an account themselves without the need to prompt them every time. This effect my business as I have received many complains about this window. They recommend for me to use other methods.
I like your product and would like to continue my business with you. However, if this simple window is driving my customers away, I might have to reconsider my method of contents sharing.
