I want to be able to make annotations permanent in PDFs and other documents.
Good morning. I am new to Box. I would like to be able to make permanent annotations to documents (such as a PDF) and then be able to share that annotated document without having to do the annotations in another app and then re-upload them into Box. It seems like a waste of time when I am trying to streamline the process of document review. I think that many people would appreciate the ability to do this. Thank you for your consideration! Totally with you on this. We use PDF Expert to capture handwritten notations and signatures on documents, which we then sync to Box. The notations remain with the document no matter how many iterations get synced. We would definitely want to do the same with the Box app to streamline the workflow, but as currently designed, the app is useless for our approach.
