Comments feature in Box Sign
It would be great for recipients of signature requests to be able to comment on the document. A lot of the times even though the documents are signed for final review and signature, recipients tend to have questions or comments on relevant sections of the document. It would be great to add this in. It's easier than having the recipient send an email with their questions separate from the request email.

A feature that allows recipients of an approval request to enter comments in addition to providing a signature. This allows the background and reasons—such as why the request was approved or rejected—to be recorded as comments, improving transparency when reviewing the process later.
Current Box Specification : There is currently no function to input comments when signing. -
