Send box drive logs to any email address
Allow users to send box drive logs to a given email address rather than ONLY to Box Support. Remote debugging is difficult when we can't work directly with our end users' logs.

An alternative first step could be to make it very easy for your support engineers to attach the logs that have already been generated to the case notes. Also, maybe not any address - to allay security concerns you could restrict it to people with co-admin rights.
