Box Status site improvement
Adding status of each region on Box Status site(https://status.box.com/) , because currently an outage impacting only users in a specific zone/region doesn’t appear on the status site. (e.g. customers who are in Asia region are unable to download/upload/preview.)
Clarifying the definition of impact. "Incident Response and Communications" article (https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043697394-Our-Approach-to-Incident-Response-and-Communications) has the guideline of customer impact. However, definitions and examples of each category are not clear enough.
