Currently when you lock the parent folder via the API, and a user deletes that parent folder, the parent folder doesn’t get deleted (due to the API) but the child folders within it gets deleted.

However, this is inconvenient because that parent folder just becomes an empty folder.
When the user tries to delete the locked parent folder, I would like the API to work to the folders below that parent folder so that it doesn't become an empty folder when they try to delete it.
