Make future Terms of Service updates accessible to non-visual users/available on a.box
We have blind and low vision members of our Box team. They typically use a.box to conduct business with us. These team members lost access to files with the recent Terms of Service update (March 2023) and I'm told by those users that a.box did not offer any explanation, and the Terms of Service acceptance form was not available to them on the platform. They had to log in to the main Box.com platform to find that form, and it was not accessible for non-visual users there. Those users required sighted assistance to complete the form and renew access to their materials.
I know that Box aims to provide accessible services (and we rely on them to do our work), so I'm hoping the development team will aim to make future updates of this nature available on a.box and/or Box in an accessible manner.
