I want to enable or disable offline use by folder or user in Box for iOS and Android.

I would like to be able to enable or disable offline use for Box for iOS and Android on a per-folder or per-user basis.
I want to be able to disable specific folders or enable or disable offline use on a per-user basis, because the large number of downloads that occur due to offline use can cause congestion in the network.
