Ability to tag groups
I want a function like Teams' "tag".
Currently, only individuals can mention comments in the data saved in the box,
I would like to be able to mention in groups.
Can't you make better use of groups in your management console?
One of the features of box is that multiple people can edit the same data at the same time, and there are also convenient functions such as comment fields and mention functions.
Please consider further improving usability.

現状、ｂｏｘ内に保存したデータ内のコメントにメンションできるのは個人だけだが、
グループでメンションをできるようにしてほしい。
管理コンソールのグループを上手く活用できないでしょうか？
ｂｏｘには一つのデータを複数人同時編集が可能という特徴があり、コメント欄とメンション機能という便利な機能もあります。
さらに使い勝手を良くするために検討をお願いします。

Strongly agree, we use Groups a lot to manage access controls but it is very frustrating that you can't then use them to tag in whole groups of staff on a file, big gap in functionality! You can tag a group on a task so it feels esp odd you can't on a comment
