Rename "Content Accessed" event and improve documentation
The "Content Accessed" event in the Admin Report is a bit confusing as documented and labeled today. We had an incident where a folder was available to staff inappropriately and used the Admin Report to investigate those who accessed it. It was reasonable for us to believe that users who had a "Content Accessed" event meant that they had accessed the content in some meaningful way. Instead, it simply means that they viewed the metadata of the file in some way in the portal. That's useful information, but the label should probably be clearer about that -- perhaps "Viewed Metadata" or something like that would be more helpful. The documentation should also be clearer about what specific actions a user can take that would trigger this event.
