After assigning and approving tasks in Box Relay, we confirmed that tasks are displayed in ascending order according to the order in which they were put into the Relay workflow personnel, not according to the processing date and time.

We feel that the current specification, in which approved tasks are not displayed in time order, is not intuitive.
We would like to see the order in which General Tasks and Approved Tasks are displayed sorted by the oldest processing date, or the ability to reorder them arbitrarily.

Box Relayでタスクを割り当て承認を行った結果、
タスクが処理日時の並び順ではなくRelayワークフローの担当者に入れた並びで昇順で表示されることを確認しました。

承認タスクが時間の順に表示されない現行の仕様は直感さに欠ける仕様と感じます。
一般タスクおよび承認タスクの表示順番を処理日時の古い順番に並べていただくか、任意で並び替えができる機能が欲しいです。
