current problem: nonprofit pricing is not available without contacting billling . request from online support does not seem to happen unless I have business level membership. So, I need to call in to get support. phone number is not easily available online. Fortunately, I had this before when it took me over a week to get someone to give me access.
Techsoup access should be setup to take me to the nonprofit pricing page so I can enable the membership level that I need.. (ie business plus)
