Email to folder failure notifications
Currently if an email to folder upload fails the notification tells you that an event happens but no information about what address was emailed or the target folder to assist in identify the problematic process.
Information can be obtained through a support ticket, but it would be quicker if at a minimum the folder ID was included in the email. Would be great if other information about the sender could be included as well, but I'd take just getting the folder ID as a start.
Present notification only includes the following:
Your attempt to email file(s) into 'a folder' was not successful. This could be due to the following reasons:
- Your collaboration privilege did not allow you to upload into the folder
- A file of the same name already exists and the folder owner disabled file-overwriting for this folder
- The file you attached exceeded file size limit
- The owner of this folder does not have sufficient space in their account
- You did not attach a file
