Share Box Sign templates
Ability to share Box Sign Templates. This is not an existing feature. If a user has created a Sign Template, and that person (Owner) is unavailable, we need other team members to have the ability to modify the Sign Template.
This is not the same as copying the Sign Template to a folder and then sharing the folder. This simply allows others to "use" the template but they can't modify the template. Thank you.

As template creator/owner you can share a single file template with other users:
1. In Template tab on Sign Dashboard
2. Go to the template and click "..." > Manage Collaborators
3. Click "Share"
4. Invite people and select to invite as Editor (can edit the template) or Viewer (cannot edit the template).
Depending on the granted permissions (Editor or Viewer), other users will be able to edit or only view and use templates.

I agree that this is a feature that should be added to Box Sign. It is available in other enterprise-level signing software such as Docusign. The administrative burden of needing to re-create Sign Templates on EACH Box user who needs to use them is extremely large, and leaving users to complete documentation without Sign Templates leaves too much potential room for error (which further adds to admin burden).
