Allow Admins to Monitor for Sync Errors
Currently if there are any sync errors in Box Drive the only way to identify them is for the user to notice the toast notification or click on the Box Drive systray icon. Relying on the end user to report errors is not reliable and almost caused us to lose data going back several years.
The only way errors are logged is in the Box Drive log files but no one from Box or Box Support is willing to share how those are logged for admins to monitor.
Box Drive needs to better log any errors encountered so admins can be proactive and address any issues before critical data is lost. Several options would be logging the event back to the admin console, creating a specific log file just for errors, logging an event to the system logs.
