Box Notes on iOS needs improvements, e.g. can't zoom in/out. Can't click embedded photos to enlarge them, such as you can in the desktop app or browser. If I could zoom in/out, that might be ok, but can't do that either links aren't viewable or editable on mobile; you can click them, but if you need to update a link or at least see the URL target, you can't. You can add annotation but you can't view it once it's saved or view annotations by others

We would like a modal to be displayed when shared links are being created that asks the user to confirm they are aware shared links may become publicly accessible

Currently, 'My Box Notes' folder only gets created if you have an open folder structure. This folder should get created regardless of open vs closed structure so users can easily view all Box Notes.

Update text colors in Box to be accessible, WCAG-compliant color options. The option to create useful Box Notes by using text color is a nice feature, but most of the color options provided (other than black) do not meet even AA contrast standards and are difficult to read even with typical eyesight.

Minimally, the colors used in the suggested templates and on badges throughout Box should be accessible.

Hello. I use box notes to track and later share everything happening in an incident. So I need to type in or paste things in the note constantly... might be from a chat, whatever. So it would be very useful to have it always on top of the screen while I open and close other apps... and for Notes to not mess with my view when I only have 1 monitor, it would be very useful to be able to play with the transparency of the window. Box notes look silly when shared on a widescreen. Tables all scrunched into imaginary paper proportions. You should offer an option to dynamically widen the box note (and its contents) as the window widens.

Right now I can use Emojis inside of a Box Note, but I can't include them in the title, or else I get "Sorry, the name can't contain forward or backward slashes. Please try a different name."

Currently the message that is displayed when a user returns to a box note is "you don't have access to this file"
This is should be changed to something to the effect of "please refresh to work on this file" or something like that

Hi..I'd really, really, really love to be able to password-protect Box Notes.

I'm not talking about sharing things via links, rather... have docs I keep on my home computer that I regularly access on my phone. On the phone is fine -- I have the Box app set up to require FaceID to open it -- but on my home computer, there's no security (besides the password to simply log into my actual computer). It would be great if there was active protection on Notes everywhere.

You need to enable spell checking in the actions for a document. This is very frustrating when you are trying to quickly respond to or post a comment.
