Desktop Web App & 3rd Party Apps: Split this setting and have one titled [Web Browsing]
After testing the Device Trust setting Desktop Web App & 3rd Party Apps for the purpose of Box Notes and Box for Office, I have noticed that when we enable this, it closes the door on Box web browser usage from any non-company machine (since it doesn't meet the Device Trust setting.) Currently we find it very useful and it is required for us to be able to use Box from non-company machines via web browsers.
It would be excellent if Box Support could separate Device Trust in more depth, specifically this setting Desktop Web App & 3rd Party Apps
Our enhancement request is to split this setting and have one titled [Web Browsing] which would take care of Device Trust for web browsing. There could be another setting [3rd Party Apps] for the official 3rd party apps such as Box Notes, Box for Office, and etc.
It is unfortunate that Box bundled this setting, it would have been great if you separated the browser from the actual apps.
