Setting which prevents users from being able to delete commenting
Business unit has a requirement to prevent users from deleting comments to comply with audit requirements.
We were suggested using user activity reports to see when people had deleted comments, reactively - but we do not want to build a process to generate a user activity report to reactively investigate a case.

Thank you for your suggestion! This is a narrow use case which does not have broad impact. We will review other use cases and continue to monitor demand.
