Disable notification triggered by integration or specific collaborator
We are using Druva to back-up the data. But Druva downloads all the data and triggers large amounts of email notifications. We want the ability to disable the notifications for actions triggered by the integration

I don’t think it’s entirely clear to the Box Engineering Team the real impact this is having to ours users. Specifically, they are choosing to use other products due to a loss of security confidence in Box.
The real issue is that Box is not correctly reporting who or what is actually doing this. The activity is not being tied back to the service account we use (in our case for Druva). It is randomly selecting names of people from who knows where.
It Box correctly reported what account was being used, this would not be an issue.
