Using Box for Salesforce on Salesforce Knowledge
Salesforce Knowledge is useful for service organizations for keeping internal and external customers up-to-date on the latest support items.
Box for Salesforce is a great way to manage assets related to specific Salesforce records and keep things organized.
Making Box for Salesforce available on Salesforce Knowledge would save space, apply the same asset organization and save on Salesforce storage space.
This would be different than the Box Community app which allows you to preview a specific Box file on a page.
For internal support reps, using Knowledge to handle customer inquires on support cases would be aided by not having to navigate to Box to get additional content, or use the native Salesforce Files function which would mean having content in two separate places
