Add Categories or Tags to Organize AI Agents in Box AI Studio
The ability to create AI agents in Box AI Studio is extremely useful. However, as the number of AI agents increases, it becomes increasingly difficult to find the right agent when using Box AI.
I would like to request a feature that allows users to better organize and find their AI agents. Possible solutions could be:
- Allowing users to assign categories to AI agents, which could also be arranged in a hierarchical structure
- Enabling the addition of multiple tags to each AI agent, along with the ability to filter or search by these tagsIn short, I hope…

Subject: Connecting the Box AI Agent to File Hubs
I can select all the authorized Box AI Agents on almost any File Hub on Box.
However, since Box AI Agents are often created for specific purposes, I would like them to be preset only in specific folders and File Hubs.3 votes -
AI Agent Suggested Prompts Need Additional Detail Capability
The ability to define the suggested prompts is very helpful. However, as we build very targeted agents we find the prompts, not custom instructions, need to be more detailed, which makes them long. It would be very helpful to customize the suggested prompt button with a short descriptions but have the actual prompt input in a separate text box and hidden from end-users. The hidden, long, prompt would run when the visible prompt is selected.
Something like this would be a big win for us. Please let me know if this is not clear.

AI Agents iOS and Android Suggested Prompts
When using an AI Agent in the box app on an iOS or Android device, the custom prompts do not display as an option. The custom prompts are a big reason Box Agents are so helpful to us. Not having that functionality on phones and tablets minimizes the usefulness of the tools significantly.

Add Fixed and Descriptive CSS Tags for Easier Pendo Integration
We use Pendo to automate and manage user guidance within Box. Pendo provides automation features that allow us to automatically trigger specific AI agents, even when many agents exist.
However, with the current Box coding rules, it is often difficult to use Pendo’s feature tagging effectively, because it is hard to uniquely identify elements for tracking or automation.
I would like to request that Box implements a development rule to add fixed and descriptive CSS tags (classes or IDs) to relevant elements related to AI agents. This would make it easier for Pendo users to specify and control these elements,…
