Option to Hide the Box Drive Cloud Icons

I hope Box does not deliver this. As a Box Admin I need people to have the opportunity to notice the "orange circle-arrows" or "red triangle" icon on an item in order to understand that it is not ready to use.
For example I had an archivist who had an issue migrating data. He suffered from a mac bug at the time that prevented the Box Drive status icons from showing up; he wasn't aware part of the UI was missing. He attached an external hard drive, dragged the contents into Box Drive, observed that the files had populated in Box Drive, unplugged it, plugged in the next one, repeat. He had even put a couple of those hard drives in the physical mail before he realized that "filenames appearing in Box Drive" was not an indicator that the transfer was complete (like it is elsewhere in the Finder). If he'd had status icons he would have seen that most of them were in "orange circle-arrows" state, meaning they were still to be synced.
Problems users cause themselves come to me so no, I don't want users to have the option to hide this information.

Please give an option to remove the cloud icon. I can't see the file type anymore.

Can't tell the difference between Word and Excel icons because of the Cloud Icon. This happens in small icon, details, and list view. With medium, large, and extra large icons it looks fine, but I don't want to use massive icons just to compensate for your poor design.

The Cloud Icons make it really difficult to see the file type. Please provide an option to hide these.
