    when we send emails, we have enclosed a box link so people can directly send their documents by uploading the link.. Is there a way we can show it as a button instead of a long link?

    Thanks for your feedback! We find it challenging to create/manage/edit a file request from the native mobile app so have restricted that to the WebApp for now.

    Mobile App does not allow selecting "File Request" giving individuals browser upload capabilities without needing to get a box account. Why is that function missing in the App but available on the Desktop browser version?
