This is not an idea. It's a complaint.

Recently, I'm often not able to show the comments bar on the right-hand side. For example, on page X, I'm able to see the comments bar, hide it if I want, and click on the little speech bubble to show it again. Meanwhile, on page Y, there is no speech bubble, so I cannot get the comments bar to appear. This happens sporadically and usually lasts for 30 or so minutes. After going back, refreshing the page to check multiple times, it's usually resolved itself in about 30 minutes. This is incredibly frustrating! Our work uses comments extensively.
Would love if this bug could be fixed. Thanks.
