The filter in the report “Disable collaboration invite links” signifies when the settings was disabled. That being said, seeing that the setting was changed from ‘enabled’ to ‘disabled’ in the report means that the setting WAS turned off so you couldn’t use invite links and was turned ON to allow the use of invite links.
This is confusing and unnecessary, it would be better if the filter for the report was “changed collaboration invite link setting” or something instead.
