Flexibility to adjust column settings on the left panel

Flexibility to adjust column settings on the left panel - where favorites are listed. It is very small and you can not see the entire field name.

This field is stationary and will not adjust.

    I just wanted to also express my issue with this limitation. I see this was posted in January 2020 and its still an issue in 2024.
