Box new account
Here is an idea to make Box new accounts on-boarding more user friendly.
My account team was not clear on any ETA when to expect the account to become active.
Not a single email was sent what to expect and at what time. After 2 weeks the purchased licenses were assigned to another account. After that I was told to submit a ticket to support to resolve the problem created during the initial provisioning of the account.
I have to say that's not the level of customer service I was expecting from Box.com
