Convert BoxNote to PDF, DOCX, etc...
BoxNotes would be much more useful if there was an ability to able to generate a PDF or other document format that can be stored in a more traditional method in Box. Some customer that work in the regulated space can't use BoxNotes for various reasons. But, in many cases there is an issue with the fact that BoxNotes does not follow the same retention capabilities we have in Governance. Also, Keysafe does not support BoxNotes, so it may be a workaround if BoxNotes were archivable.
The initial idea would be to support PDF generation, but i can also see a benefit to be able to generate a Word Doc or Google Doc to continue to edit a BoxNote in a more full featured editor.
One simple use case to describe how this may be used would be to archive meeting notes. Maybe instead of having a running meeting agenda in one BoxNote you could archive the meeting notes to PDF and store in a folder with retention.
Thank you for the feedback. Although we do not plan to introduce this feature in the near term, we will keep this in consideration for future enhancements.

Would be great to include .txt as an export option for Box Notes as well. My company is trying to analyze content across hundreds of Box Notes and currently are forced to convert these manually, file by file.

This would also allow meeting minutes etc, to be taken using BoxNote and then signed after conversion to PDF.

This needs to be done asap !
Box notes is better than dropbox paper in so many ways, especially the UI/UX. But i really cant understand why the developers of box notes hasnt implemented this basic feature yet, that makes you convert/export the doc (!?) I mean you have the print feature, but not export to doc feature, why is that? Here ill make easy for you, this screenshot is from dropbox paper: https://monosnap.com/direct/sCRhoLxdilDKcKxDfKPh4aFRQtC7vz
