For some reason my folder called "NewCo spin-off" has disappeared on 25th of Feb. I talked with IBM support for 2 hours, the girl said that she will raise a ticket but she didn't. Below is the chat. Can you please investigate this issue - why did it happen? People were using it and all of them ask me where the data is.

As far as I remember the folder name was 'NewCo spin-off'. Anyway the word NewCo was present.

I coud access either via link or just by logging into my box - this was the only folder I had access to and it displayed on my home page
