Unified Deletion Process for Box Sign Documents
When a document is sent via Box Sign, information is recorded in the Sign App, the designated request folder, and the 'My Signed Requests' folder for anyone signing the document. If we receive a privacy request to scrub data (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) we have to remove the data from all three places.
It would be nice to select the document in Box Sign, click delete/trash, and have it pop up to ask about removing the other files that Sign generated for the associated file across all folders the requestor has access to. This will save us a lot of time an human error.
