API for all co-admin setting available in admin console

Allow admins to update co-admin's settings via API for all of the accesses that are available in Admin with True/False values

    We would love to be able to use our entitlement system to make the co-admin access permissions requestable. This would provide an audit trail and automation. Currently we can only change the role and have to manually assign the access permissions.
