Restrict the ability to create shared links for specific folders
I want to be able to disable the option to create a shared link on specific folders containing sensitive information. If I give access to an external collaborator, it means that I gave him an access with a username (his email) and password. i have the option to see if he downloaded or viewed the file. I don't want that external collaborator to create a shared link and send it to someone else.

To expand on a use case for this:
In our hierarchy we have client folders and sub folders for the departments, we are regularly finding users sharing the entire client folder or sub-department folder on a shared link, they are doing it relatively innocently (i.e. they are not considering the implications of their actions)We would like admins and co-admins to be able to restrict that ability to create shared links to those folders and restrict collaboration to internal accounts only.
This would greatly improve data security through oversharing content.
