Box Sign is currently only allowing parties to sign electronically. However, in some countries electronic signature is not fully regulated. Therefore, counter-parties cannot sign electronically. This is very beneficial to allow counter-parties to print, sign and upload the signed document. This is similar to the feature that DocuSign offers.
