Implement consistent error message for Box Preview across all file types
Facing some issue in displaying the preview for password protected files
Due to which we are unable to specify product standard error message to the consumers.
Please find the below description in details and attached.
Actual
When a user tries to preview a password-protected Excel,Word,odt and pdf document.
The error message are inconsistent across all the file types
ODT
"We're sorry, the preview didn't load. Please refresh the page."
DOCX
"We're sorry, the preview didn't load. Please refresh the page."
Excel
"We're sorry, the preview didn't load. Please re-load the file or contact Box Support."
PDF
"We’re sorry, the preview didn’t load. This document may be protected."
Expected
When a user tries to preview a password-protected Excel,Word,odt and pdf document.
The error message should be consitant across all the file types
