Delete content option when delete user in new display
When deleting a user in the new display, the Delete content option is not present anymore.
I recommend to keep this option to prevent a forced data transfer for each deleted user.

If a retention policy is in effect and you try to delete a user who does not have content under the retention policy, that content must be transferred to another user. If there is a user who does not retain items that are not in the retention policy, I want to delete that user's content without forwarding it
