Allow the setup and generation of automatic license alerts based on set thresholds to know when to expand/order more licenses.

I note that uses and admins receive the renewal reminders. I also note that it does not include any indication of the number of licenses, a copy of the prospective invoice nor a link to the Admin page listing the licenses. It also said “There is nothing you need to do” unless you wanted to make changes. What it needs to say is “Please review your account now to confirm the current number of users and licenses:.
That we cannot reduce the number of licenses on line so usage can be verified is a poor excuse for a badly configured UI and one that is sure to drive sales because we cannot reverse a purchase made in error. You clearly monitor users. You know the counts. The UI could report the maximum number of licenses that can be removed. So please. BOX can do better.
