Option to not allow signer to re-assign document to someone else.
Currently a signer can reassign a BoxSign document to any new email address. Would like an option where we can change that so the signer can NOT reassign a document to someone else.

Request: Provide an admin or developer control to disable or restrict the Reassign option in Box Sign’s embedded signing experience.
Problem: The More actions → Reassign menu lets any user enter any email address. Box then sends that person a signing link directly from Box.com, outside the customer’s platform.
Why it matters: This can bypass the customer’s identity checks, controls, and audit trail. The sender may be unable to verify who actually signed, creating fraud risk and blocking deployment of the customer’s embedded signing solution.Requested outcome: Allow customers to disable reassignment or limit it to approved users or email addresses within the embedded experience, while keeping signing within the customer’s intended workflow.
Business impact and urgency: This is a launch blocker for the customer’s signature solution, currently planned for October 30, 2026. The customer reports that no existing setting disables the menu. Support ticket 3652850 is being escalated.
