We have observed that for Relay, there is an option titled "Relay enabled for all managed users." However, we couldn't find a similar option for Box Governance [tried with a co-admin privileged account].
Moreover, we found that only for the co-admins, policies of using Box governance can be enabled.

Our specific request is to have the functionality to enable Box Governance for all managed users (not only the admin/co-admins), allowing each user to utilize these features individually.
