Currently it's possible to change the bandwidth of a particular job on Shuttle, but it's necessary to open each job and change it manually.
It'd be helpful to have a bandwidth scheduler to enable cases where a customer wants to use different amounts of bandwidth along the day (for instance, 10% during business hours and 100% at night or during weekends).
