The users are "B team account" and "C team account".
At this time, in order for "B team's account to share B team's folder", sharing privileges for the higher "A folder" are required.
However, with that setting, "Team B's account" will be able to share "Team C's folder".

Since the amount of information is higher in higher-level folders, it is possible to transfer the original authority.

現状、「上位の階層」でアカウントが共有権限を持っていなければ、「下位の階層」では共有ができない使用になっています。
その為、「上位の階層」の方が情報を多く保持していますが、その中の一部のみを共有できる権限を与える、ということができません。

例えば、「Aフォルダ」に「Bチームのフォルダ」と「Cチームのフォルダ」があるとします。
ユーザーは「Bチームのアカウント」と「Cチームのアカウント」です。
この時、「BチームのアカウントがBチームのフォルダを共有する」為には、上位である「Aフォルダ」の共有権限が必要です。
しかし、その設定では「Bチームのアカウント」が「Cチームのフォルダ」を共有できてしまうことになります。

情報量としては上位のフォルダの方が多いので、本来持っている権限移譲のことが可能になってしまいます。
