I'm an agency employee, and this is a story I heard from a customer who I supported with the implementation of Box.
"I tried to use BoxShuttle in a Business Edition environment. I was a co-administrator, but there was no Shuttle menu in the admin console, so I looked up the Box Help Center and found that it can be used if the co-administrator has the correct permissions. However, with Business Edition, you just "enable" the co-administrator, and there is no such thing as correct permissions. It wasn't until I contacted them that I found out that Shuttle cannot be used by co-administrators of Business Edition."
This is not the only issue, but I also feel that Box Support has not yet fully covered what can and cannot be done depending on the edition. Please improve it.
