Currently, Box handles expiration dates differently depending on the feature: Shared Links use PST/PDT as the standard, while File Requests rely on the local time zone of the device used to create the link. As a result, even when the same expiration date is set, the actual expiration timing can differ between the two types of links.

Having different time zone behaviors across Box features lacks consistency in implementation and is not intuitive for users. We kindly request that the time zone handling be unified across features.

現在、Boxでは「共有リンク」はPST/PDT基準で有効期限が処理される一方、「ファイルリクエスト」はリンク作成時の端末のタイムゾーンに依存して処理されるため、同じ日付を設定してもリンクが無効になるタイミングが異なります。

Box の機能間でタイムゾーンの動作が異なると、実装に一貫性がなくなり、ユーザーに混乱を原因となりますので、機能間でタイムゾーンの扱いを統一していただくようお願いいたします。
