Unable to open the Online MS Office Excel Add-in selector window.
When attempting to open an Excel Add-in, the Add-in pop-up window sometimes does not appear, or when loading the add-in, this error message is displayed:
"We couldn't connect to the 'Office Store' catalog server for this add-in."
The add-in use to load fine, until recently, and still loads ok using the offline Excel.

Here is a screen shot of the error, which continues to be a problem...
