The customer can perform a folder search for names containing “TBD” (case-insensitive), choose “Export results,” and receive a CSV in their Box Reports folder listing each matching folder with key metadata (folder name, full path/parent, owner, folder ID, created/updated dates). This enables efficient identification and tracking of folders marked as missing data across the tenant

The customer’s teams add “TBD” to folder titles to flag missing information. While they can locate these folders via search today, Box does not allow exporting that list of search results. The current workaround—exporting folder trees from Content Manager—does not produce a targeted list of only the “TBD” folders and therefore does not meet the need.
