In Link Settings, we’d like an option to control whether comments are visible.
Currently, when a shared link is set to a non-edit permission such as Can view only (or Can view and download), comments aren’t visible to viewers. Even for non-edit shared links, we want viewers to be able to view timestamped comments on videos, since this feature is extremely useful.
Use case: We publish videos on Box Hubs and share them externally using People with the link (Can view only). If viewers could see comments, we could point them to specific parts of the video more efficiently.

「共有リンクの設定」で、コメント閲覧可否を設定したいです。
現状、共有リンクが「表示のみ」（または「表示およびダウンロード可能」）など編集不可の権限だと、コメントを閲覧できません。編集ができない権限の共有リンクでも、非常に便利な動画のアノテーション（コメント）を閲覧可能にしたいです。
ユースケース： Box Hubsに動画を掲載し、社外へ「リンクを知っている全員（表示のみ）」で共有しています。閲覧者がコメントを見られれば、動画の特定箇所をピンポイントで案内でき、効率的です。
