Unmanaged User feature should be more prominent (UX tweak)
It would be helpful if the Unmanaged Users management feature was more prominent. when trying to add a new managed user, if a matching unmanaged user already exists, an error is displayed and no other information given. I had to fumble to figure out why, partly because the feature isn't obvious. Suggestion: change the External Users tab name to External & Unmanaged Users, and add an Unmanaged Users button next to External users. Or, simply display them all but with the unmanaged users highlighted somehow. It is non-intuitive partly because external is interpreted as 'non-company domain'. So there wasn't the presumption that unmanaged users would be found under the external users tab.
