Additional Sorting Options for Managed Users in Users & Groups
I would like to request the addition of more sorting options for Managed Users in the Users & Groups console.
Currently, sorting is limited to Name, Email, and Storage Used.
It would be extremely helpful to include the following:
Sort by Last Activity
Enables identification of users who have never accessed Box or who are inactive.
Helps admins determine which accounts can potentially be cleaned up or require follow‑up.Sort by Status
Allows quick visibility into which users are disabled in Box.
Supports faster lifecycle management and removal of stale or unused accounts.
While this information is available through reports, having it directly accessible in the admin console would streamline user management workflows and reduce reliance on report exports.
