Hubs Draft State/Autosave Feature

Implement a 'Draft' state for Hubs.

Example: A feature to have a Hubs 'auto save' option, once it's been generated. They have some users who may close out of the Hub before hitting 'save' and lose all of their work.

    Hi! We definitely have it in our plans for Hubs' future but there is no defined timeline yet.

    The ability to create a draft of content and save before publishing to a Hub.
